Research Area

Eligibility/Qualification
- Master’s degree in computer science/informatics, data science, human-computer interaction, computational social science, machine learning, statistics, or related disciplines.
- Interest in natural language processing, machine learning, and social science methodologies.
- Prior research experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of German (B2 level) preferred or willingness to learn.
Job Description
- Conduct research aimed at publishing in top conferences and journals in NLP and ML.
- Engage in teaching, including running lab sessions and assisting in other academic tasks.
- Mentor students and collaborate across disciplines.
- Contribute to grant proposals and participate in scientific events.
- Write and submit a dissertation alongside minimal administrative responsibilities.
