Eligibility/Qualification
- Masterโs degree in Computer Science Engineering, Information Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Interest in conducting research for a 4-year PhD program.
- Strong background in wireless networks and machine learning; familiarity with Reinforcement Learning is a plus.
- Excellent coding skills in Python and C++, and experience with wireless simulation tools (e.g., ns-3).
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Fluent in English (C1 CEFR level).
Job Description
Candidates will:
- Study state-of-the-art technologies in next-generation O-RAN networks.
- Design and implement novel intelligent techniques for cellular communications.
- Develop proactive spectrum management and mitigation strategies.
- Utilize Agentic AI and Reinforcement Learning for network resilience.
- Collaborate on proof-of-concept implementations and validate solutions using simulation tools and testbeds.
- Write high-quality academic publications and assist in mentoring.
