• Background in photonics, optical engineering, or related fields

Job Description:

As a postdoctoral researcher, you will:

• Work within a multidisciplinary photonic integration team led by Prof. Kasper Van Gasse.
• Engage in both clean room work and optical simulations.
• Develop novel fabrication methods for solid laser waveguides.
• Test and characterize on-chip solid-state lasers.
• Model and design integrated photonic circuit (PIC) lasers for quantum control and metrology applications.
