Eligibility/Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. in Molecular and Cellular Biology, Ophthalmology, Neuroscience, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of three years postdoctoral/pharma experience with a strong publication record.
- Hands-on experience with iPSCs and CRISPR gene editing.
- Prior experience in ophthalmology/neuroscience therapeutics.
- Preferred experience in:
- In vitro drug screening and functional assays.
- Automated or semi-automated instrumentation and AI/ML applications.
Job Description
- Lead the development and execution of innovative pharmacology assays.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to advance lead candidates.
- Act as the primary technical expert for Cellular Pharmacology within project teams.
- Oversee third-party vendors and CRO partnerships ensuring timely delivery of data.
- Design high-throughput sample preparation and data analysis workflows.
- Present findings to project teams and leadership.
