Job Description
- Develop novel palladium-catalyzed C–H activation and cascade reactions for constructing complex ring systems.
- Synthesize and characterize new ligands, catalysts, and organic substrates to explore and optimize reactivity and selectivity.
- Conduct mechanistic investigations using experimental techniques (kinetics, spectroscopy, isotopic labeling) and computational tools.
- Analyze reaction outcomes using modern analytical methods (NMR, GC-MS, HPLC) and optimize reaction conditions.
- Document and communicate findings through publications, presentations, and collaborative efforts in a multidisciplinary research team.
