Eligibility / Qualification
- Required: A doctoral degree (PhD) or a foreign degree equivalent to a doctoral degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), CSCW, or a related field.
- Preference: Candidates who have been awarded their doctoral degree within the last three years.
- Language: Proficiency in written and oral English.
Job Description
As part of the Department of Software Engineering research team, you will:
- Investigate onboarding practices, social networks, and management control mechanisms regarding retention in hybrid environments.
- Study the impact of hybrid work on innovation processes, knowledge sharing, and collective problem-solving.
- Design and conduct empirical studies (surveys, interviews, observations, social network analysis, and digital trace data).
- Co-design interventions and evaluate work practices with industrial partners.
- Develop evidence-based frameworks, models, and toolkits.
- Publish and present research findings to academic and industrial audiences.
- Participate in teaching or supervision (up to 20% of work time).
