Eligibility / Qualification

  • Required: A doctoral degree (PhD) or a foreign degree equivalent to a doctoral degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), CSCW, or a related field.
  • Preference: Candidates who have been awarded their doctoral degree within the last three years.
  • Language: Proficiency in written and oral English.

Job Description

As part of the Department of Software Engineering research team, you will:

  • Investigate onboarding practices, social networks, and management control mechanisms regarding retention in hybrid environments.
  • Study the impact of hybrid work on innovation processes, knowledge sharing, and collective problem-solving.
  • Design and conduct empirical studies (surveys, interviews, observations, social network analysis, and digital trace data).
  • Co-design interventions and evaluate work practices with industrial partners.
  • Develop evidence-based frameworks, models, and toolkits.
  • Publish and present research findings to academic and industrial audiences.
  • Participate in teaching or supervision (up to 20% of work time).
