Job Description

As a Postdoctoral Research Fellow, you will design, coordinate, and implement your own research projects and publish findings in high-impact venues. You will contribute to the development of semiconductor technologies and the associated knowledge base within an excellent infrastructure, including access to the System-in-Package Fabrication (SiPFAB) platform.

Eligibility & Requirements

  • Degree: Must hold a doctoral degree in a relevant field (e.g., future electronics, electrical engineering, photonics, micro- and nanotechnology, semiconductor physics, advanced materials, or chip design) by August 31, 2026.
  • Mobility: Must not have resided or carried out your main activity (work/studies) in Finland for more than 12 months in the 36 months preceding the application deadline.
  • Skills: Ability to pursue independent scholarly activity and fluent spoken and written English skills.
