🎓 Designation 1: PhD Position
Project: Wafer-Scale Graphene Synthesis and Transfer-Free Freestanding Membranes
The PhD project will focus on graphene synthesis on semiconductor-compatible Ge/Si substrates, CVD/PECVD process development, advanced materials characterization, and fabrication of large-area freestanding graphene membranes for applications in NEMS, EUV lithography and nanophotonics.
🧑🔬 Designation 2: Postdoctoral Fellowship
Project: Graphene, Freestanding 2D Membranes and Semiconductor Integration
The postdoctoral researcher will contribute to an integrated platform involving Ge/Si substrate engineering, wafer-scale graphene synthesis, transfer-free membrane fabrication, advanced characterization and device integration, with potential research extensions toward graphene/III-V semiconductor heterointegration.

Relevant experience includes: 2D materials, CVD/PECVD, epitaxy, thin films, cleanroom processing, micro/nanofabrication, or advanced materials characterization.
