The selected researcher will contribute to research, teaching, extension, and program-development activities related to agriculture and environmental sciences.

The fellowship is for up to 12 months, renewable for an additional 12 months, with an expected start in February 2027. The monthly fellowship is R$ 6,285, tax-free, with a 40-hour-per-week commitment.

Eligibility/Qualification

Applicants must:

  • Hold a completed PhD in a field related to agriculture or environmental sciences.
  • Have the ability to communicate and write scientific articles in English.
  • Demonstrate good communication skills with academic and non-academic stakeholders.
  • Have good knowledge of scientific data processing and analysis.
  • Be enthusiastic about collaborative work with postgraduate students and faculty in agriculture and environmental research.
