General Eligibility Requirements for Doctoral Education:

  • Satisfied requirements for courses comprising at least 240 credits, of which at least 60 credits were awarded at the advanced/second-cycle/master level, OR
  • Acquired substantially equivalent knowledge in Sweden or abroad.

Specific Eligibility Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English equivalent to the course English B/English 6 at Swedish upper secondary school.

Skills and Personal Qualities:

  • Degree in Dentistry or an equivalent qualification.
  • Highly desirable experience in histology, biomedicine, and molecular biology.
  • Prior knowledge of histology, immunology, and/or genetics is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively within a team.
  • Highly motivated, creative, and strong communication skills.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.

Scholarship Description

The PhD position is a fully funded doctoral studentship for a maximum of four years full-time.
