PostDoc Research Scientist: Agroscope, the Swiss Confederation’s center of excellence for research in agriculture and food sector, is seeking a Climate and Agriculture Research Scientist to evaluate the need for adapting the process-related model for calculating GHG emissions from agricultural sources and support the development of the model.

Eligibility/Qualification:
- Doctorate in Natural, Agricultural or Environmental Sciences
- Research experience in the field of process and systems analysis
- Excellent knowledge of English and one of the Swiss official languages (German, French, Italian)
Job Description:
- Evaluate the need for adapting the biochemical model for calculating GHG emissions from agricultural sources
- Perform N-cycle and N-process analysis
- Prepare data for country evaluations
- Compare results with other existing models
- Write and publish scientific papers
