Eligibility/Qualification:

  • PhD in chemistry, chemical engineering, or a related discipline
  • Experience in polymers and mathematical modeling
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English

Job Description: The successful candidate will be engaged in cutting-edge research within the Polymerization Processes Group. The primary focus of this postdoctoral fellowship is to apply machine learning techniques to advance the control and optimization of polymerization processes and the resulting products generated from emulsion polymers. The complex and heterogeneous nature of emulsion polymerization requires innovative approaches, and the candidate will contribute to the development of novel strategies through collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
