Ph.D. Openings for Spring/Fall 2024: The Wireless Networking Lab, led by Dr. Moitaba Vaezi in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Villanova University, is pleased to announce multiple fully-funded Ph.D. positions for the Spring and Fall 2024 terms. We are seeking highly motivated Ph.D. candidates with a strong background in communications, signal processing, and/or machine learning. Eligibility/Qualification: We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Possess a solid theoretical foundation in communications, signal processing, and/or machine learning.
- Strong programming skills in MATLAB and/or Python.
- Hold a master’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or a related field.
- Prior experience with a software-defined radio (SDR) system or GNU radio is advantageous but not required.
