Eligibility/Qualification:
- PhD in Chemistry or related field
- Proficiency in contemporary synthetic organic chemistry
- Ability to drive project work independently
- Strong track record of solving complex chemistry problems
- Excellent communication skills and research presentation abilities
- Desirable: Experience in catalysis and/or photocatalysis, awareness of medicinal chemistry principles, and the drug discovery process
Job Description: As a Postdoctoral Fellow, you will be responsible for leading and executing the chemistry strategy in collaboration with our experienced team of synthetic organic chemists and drug hunters. You will work closely with industrial and academic supervisors and be actively involved in solving complex chemistry problems, identifying and optimizing novel reaction conditions, and sharing your research with the scientific community through presentations and publications in high-impact journals.
