PhD & Postdoc Opportunity: At CODDIA, we are deeply committed to advancing our understanding of the mechanisms governing potential drug targets’ structure, dynamics, and functionality. Eligibility/Qualification:

For Postdoc Opportunity:

  • PhD in computational biology, computational chemistry, computational biophysics, bioinformatics, or a related field with experience in drug discovery.
  • Strong analytical skills, expert programming abilities, and knowledge in areas like molecular dynamics simulations, docking analysis, machine learning/deep learning, virtual screening, etc.
  • Proficiency in English (both speaking and writing).
  • Excellent communication skills and a willingness to collaborate and mentor junior colleagues.

For PhD Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Physics, Engineering.
  • Master’s degree (MSc) in computational biology, computational chemistry, computational biophysics, bioinformatics, drug discovery, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English (both speaking and writing).

Job Description:

For Postdoc Opportunity: As a Postdoc in AI for Drug Discovery, you will be involved in research projects including:

  • Development of Virtual Screening pipelines to explore expanded chemical space.
  • Utilizing AI and machine learning to discover new bioactive molecules targeting prominent drug targets.
  • Investigating conformational states of biomolecular complexes through molecular dynamics and information-driven modeling.
  • Understanding functional selectivity of transmembrane receptors.
  • Collaborating with experimental groups for result validation.

For PhD Candidate: As a PhD Candidate, your research will encompass:

  • Development of Virtual Screening pipelines to explore expanded chemical space.
  • Employing AI and machine learning to discover new bioactive molecules targeting prominent drug targets.
  • Understanding functional selectivity of transmembrane receptors.
  • Collaborating with experimental groups for result validation.
