Scholarship Description: The PhD student will engage in the structural biology of bacterial glycosyltransferases, exploring the intricate world of colloids and interfaces. The tasks include in-depth studies in structural biology, carbohydrates, enzymes, biochemistry, and molecular biology. The selected candidate will become part of the Biomolecular Systems Department at the Max Planck Institute, working under the guidance of Dr. Christian Roth in Berlin on the Campus of the Free University.

Eligibility: Candidates with a degree in Biochemistry or related fields, possessing an outstanding profile and a strong background in structural biology, carbohydrates, enzymes, biochemistry, and molecular biology, are encouraged to apply.
