Eligibility/Qualification:
- PhD Position:
- Excellent Master’s degree with a background in molecular biology, biochemistry, or neurobiology.
- Additional experience in computational biology is desirable.
- Proficiency in cell culture and biochemistry.
- Experience in computational RNA structure prediction or RNA-RBP interaction (e.g., RNAfold, catRAPID) is a plus.
- MSc Thesis Position:
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree with a background in molecular biology, biochemistry, or computational biology.
- Experience in RNA/Protein structure or interaction prediction (e.g., RNAfold, catRAPID), or in biochemical experiments is a plus.
