Research Scientist – AI and Life Sciences: Human Technopole (HT), an interdisciplinary life science research institute supported by the Italian Government, is inviting applications for Research Scientist positions in the Jug Lab. Eligibility/Qualification:

  • Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Biology, or related fields.
  • Experience in devising new AI methods, applying them to relevant data, and publishing results as a lead author.
  • Proficiency in python, GIT, and common deep learning frameworks.

Job Description: As a Research Scientist, you will:

  • Conduct excellent research at the intersection of AI and life sciences.
  • Collaborate with partners at HT, in Europe, and worldwide.
  • Publish scientific results in top-tier computer vision, machine learning, or life science venues.
  • Present work at international conferences and events.
  • Work with a team of research software engineers to develop FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable) software tools.
