Job Description:
ATTRACT Postdoctoral Programme for Junior & Established Researchers
The ATTRACT program supports selected research proposals for a five-year duration. Financial contributions by the FNR can be up to 1.5 million EUR for Starting Investigators (Postdoc & Junior Researcher level) or 2 million EUR for Consolidating Investigators (Established Researcher level). In the 2023 Call, the FNR expects to fund 1-2 projects. Host institutions provide candidates with the opportunity to develop their own research lines. ATTRACT fellows receive individual coaching and a career path leading to a tenured position.
How to Apply: Interested candidates should check well in advance whether the Luxembourg host institution they are applying to for an ATTRACT grant has an internal deadline prior to the FNR deadline. Research proposals must be submitted jointly by the candidate and the host institution. Candidates are encouraged to contact their intended host institution well ahead of the FNR deadline to align with the institution’s internal deadlines.
