Eligibility/Qualification:

  • PhD or terminal degree awarded within the last 3 years (before start date)
  • Demonstrated academic and research excellence
  • Open to all nationalities and fields; applicants must not have earned a PhD from AUS
  • Must secure commitment from one or more AUS faculty supervisors
  • Proposed work must align with AUS’s strategic priorities (AUS Research)

Job Description:

  • Conduct original, independent research with interdisciplinary emphasis
  • Engage in collaborative activities within and across AUS departments
  • Present one fellowship seminar to the AUS community during the tenure
  • Benefit from faculty mentorship and access to world-class research facilities
  • Optional: Teach up to one course per year
  • Submit an end-of-fellowship report outlining scholarly contributions and project outcomes
