Job Description

The BIDMaP Postdoctoral Fellow will:

  • Conduct independent and collaborative research integrating AI, ML, and data science with experimental natural sciences.
  • Develop innovative algorithms, models, and techniques for materials discovery and optimization.
  • Contribute to projects addressing clean energy, clean air, clean water, advanced batteries, and sustainable chemical production.
  • Collaborate with world-renowned AI/ML experts, chemists, and physicists within UC Berkeley’s College of Computing, Data Science, and Society (CDSS).
  • Publish findings in high-impact journals and present research at international conferences.
