Job Description
As a Bioinformatics Postdoctoral Researcher, you will:
- Develop and apply innovative computational approaches to analyze large genomic and metagenomic datasets associated with plant microbiomes.
- Conduct research on how plants recruit specific microbiomes and how those microbiomes affect plant resilience to stress and disease.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of computational biologists and other consortium partners, contributing to training and knowledge-sharing regarding -omical datasets.
- Participate in the MICROP government-funded research program, focusing on the metabolic interactions within the rhizosphere and their implications for crop resilience in the context of climate change.
