- Ability to identify, recruit, and supervise international junior researchers
- Completed doctorate within the last 12 years
Job Description:
- Identify and recommend up to three highly qualified foreign junior researchers for the Humboldt Research Fellowship
- Actively participate in a competitive peer review process to select junior researchers
- Promote diversity by ensuring the first fellowship recommendation is for a female researcher
- Collaborate with international partners to recruit top research talents
- Join the Humboldt Foundation’s network and attend key events
