- PhD in relevant fields (Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, Biology with computational/statistical experience)
- Strong coding knowledge (R/Python)
- Experience in analyzing -omics data (RNAseq, copy number, mutation, methylation, proteomics)
- Expertise in machine learning/mathematical modeling
- Interest in computational methods for biological problems
- Ability to generate and pursue independent research ideas
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Dedication to reproducible research and open science
