CANSSI Ontario Postdoctoral Fellowships: The Ontario Genomics-CANSSI Ontario Postdoctoral Fellowships in Genome Data Science supports early-career investigators engaged in innovative research in genomics and data science with a focus on genomic medicine. Fellows will work on projects related to genomic prediction tools, human-computer interactions, or novel computational approaches for therapeutic identification. Eligibility/Qualification:
- Applicants must conduct full-time research at a CANSSI Ontario member university or their affiliated research institutes.
- Applicants should have completed a PhD in fields such as statistics, computational biology, biostatistics, bioinformatics, computer science, epidemiology, engineering, mathematics, or related quantitative fields between January 1, 2021, and December 31, 2023.
- The eligibility period may be extended for a cumulative maximum of three years under extenuating circumstances.
- Canadian citizens, permanent residents, and foreign citizens are eligible, provided their host institution is a CANSSI Ontario member university or affiliated research institute.
