CHORAL PhD Program: The CHORAL (Cultural Heritage Outreach in RomAnce Languages) PhD program offers 14 fully funded research grants for high-quality PhD candidates. Coordinated by Université de Pau et des Pays de l’Adour and part of the Horizon Europe Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions, this program aims to train researchers in contemporary issues related to Cultural Heritage, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration across various scientific domains.

Eligibility/Qualification
- Must hold a Master’s Degree before the application deadline (January 17, 2026).
- No prior doctoral degree is required.
- Candidates must not have resided or conducted their primary activities in the recruiting country for more than 12 months in the past 36 months.
- Open to researchers of any nationality.
- Minimum B2 level proficiency in English is required.
Job Description
Selected candidates will:
- Conduct research under joint supervision from two universities.
- Engage in international mobility, spending a minimum of 9 months outside the recruiting university.
- Benefit from a tailored doctoral training program including workshops and seminars.
- Enhance their professional profile through exposure to non-academic organizations relevant to their research.
