Description
The College Futures PhD Programme is targeted at fostering research that addresses critical health and environmental challenges through four main themes:
- Fundamentals of Life: Focuses on advancing fundamental research in biosciences.
- Advanced Diagnostics and Therapeutics: Aims to develop innovative clinical interventions for humans and animals.
- Health Inequalities: Seeks to understand and combat health inequalities through scalable solutions.
- Planetary Health: Investigates the impact of environmental change on health and ecosystems.
Each PhD studentship provides a stipend in line with UKRI rates, covers home tuition fees for three years, and allocates up to £17,500 for research consumables.
