The selected PhD candidate will be an integral part of the Plass Group, contributing to groundbreaking research that combines in vitro differentiation methods, CRISPR/Cas9 technology, and high-throughput single-cell transcriptomics. The research aims to elucidate the mechanisms underlying AD pathogenesis, focusing on cell-type-specific gene and RNA regulatory networks.
