Eligibility / Qualification
Candidates should possess an excellent degree and/or experience in at least one of the following fields:
- Neurobiology
- Cell Biology
- Molecular Biology
- Biotechnology
Experience in the following areas will be considered advantageous:
- iPSC or organoid culture
- Isolation/characterization of extracellular vesicles (EVs)
- Analyzing Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) data
Job Description
As a doctoral student, you will be responsible for:
- Developing human and non-human primate iPSC models, including astrocytes, neurons, and organoids
- Participating in the isolation and characterization of extracellular vesicles (EVs)
- Using advanced microscopy techniques
- Applying molecular biology and NGS techniques
- Utilizing various computational methods to analyze data
