Eligibility/Qualification

RequirementDetails
General Eligibility1. Awarded a second-cycle/advanced/master qualification (master’s degree); or
2. Completed courses totaling at least 240 credits, including 60 advanced credits; or
3. Equivalent knowledge through other means.
English ProficiencyDemonstrated English proficiency equivalent to English B/English 6 at Swedish upper secondary school.
Skills & Competencies– Strong computational ability and experience with algorithms
– Solid mathematical foundation (multivariable calculus, linear algebra, probability)
– Experience in probabilistic modeling and/or deep learning
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Description

The selected candidate will engage in a project centered on developing novel probabilistic models for protein structure, with applications in computational protein design and understanding protein behavior. The position involves collaboration with experienced researchers in virology and immunology and participation in the DDLS Research School, a program aimed at advancing data-driven life science research.
