Eligibility/Qualification

  • Educational Requirement: Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., electrical engineering, speech science, information science).
  • Skills:
  • Strong background in machine learning
  • Programming proficiency in Python
  • Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken).
  • Other Criteria:
  • Must not have resided or worked in Germany for more than 12 months in the last three years.
  • Candidates should not currently hold a doctoral degree.

Description

The VoCS project aims to innovate the diagnosis of respiratory diseases through the analysis of vocal cues. Candidates will explore various machine learning approaches and data sets, developing a robust multi-class classification technique to enhance disease detection and severity prediction.
