Doctoral Positions in Molecular Biology The Institute of Biochemistry and Biophysics, Polish Academy of Sciences, is recruiting candidates for the Doctoral School of Molecular Biology and Biological Chemistry. Job Description:

Doctoral Positions in Molecular Biology and Biological Chemistry

The successful candidate will join the Laboratory of Metalloprotein Biology, focusing on the structure and function of metalloproteins. The research will involve a comprehensive study of iron- or manganese-dependent superoxide dismutases, exploring their atomic-resolution function and evolution. The project will employ cutting-edge methodologies in biochemistry, biophysics, structural biology, and bioinformatics to understand the differential reactivities of metal cofactors within this protein family. The candidate will collaborate with world-leading experts and gain expertise in molecular biology, biochemistry, structural biology, and advanced bioinformatic approaches.
