Eligibility/Qualification

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Completed Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Material Sciences, or a related discipline.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in international research teams.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Description

As a doctoral researcher, you will:

  • Participate in the research and development of high-quality, stable perovskite semiconductors.
  • Engage in the fabrication of 2D and 3D perovskite materials.
  • Improve single-layer quality through “hot embossing.”
  • Contribute to the creation of new heterostructure materials.
  • Support ongoing projects, specifically the LAMI-PERO project and other research initiatives.
  • Assist in report writing and the coordination of lab infrastructure.
  • Publish research findings in scientific journals.
