Eligibility/Qualification
- Master’s degree in computer science or a related discipline.
- Experience with Python and recent deep learning frameworks (e.g., Pytorch, MONAI).
- Strong interest in image analysis/computer vision and pattern recognition in biomedical applications.
- Interest in applied machine learning, including deep learning.
- Experience utilizing GPU-enabled High-Performance Computing environments is an asset.
- Open-minded critical thinker with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- B2-level proficiency in the language of the thesis.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be part of an interdisciplinary research group focused on developing advanced methods for image segmentation, detection, classification, predictive modeling, and image enhancement. The goal is to build robust AI models tailored to address specific challenges in biomedical applications, particularly concerning neurodegenerative diseases.
