  • Master’s degree in agricultural science with a focus on crop and/or soil science or biometry.
  • Advanced knowledge of data processing or programming languages (e.g., R).
  • Proficiency in using geographic information systems (GIS) and geostatistical tools.

  • Willingness to participate in further training, including German language courses.

Job Description

  • Compile and harmonize data for three German on-farm long-term experiments.
  • Collect additional data to support and extend data exploration.
  • Evaluate data and apply advanced statistical methods for spatial and temporal agronomic datasets.
  • Assess crop performance and soil quality dynamics within a cropping system context.
  • Publish research in international peer-reviewed journals and present results at conferences and workshops.
