Eligibility/Qualification:

  • Master’s degree (or equivalent eligibility for doctoral studies) in physics or related fields (electrical engineering, chemistry, materials science, etc.)
  • Completion of the degree by October 31, 2024, at the latest
  • Demonstrated competence and motivation to pursue postgraduate studies
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
  • Ability to work full-time in Tampere, Finland, with necessary permits

Description: The I-DEEP program, coordinated by Tampere University, aims to train experts in the photonics industry. Successful candidates will pursue a doctoral degree expected to be completed within three years.
