Qualifications and Assessment:
- Master’s Degree (or equivalent) in Psychology or a related field.
- Demonstrated collaborative and organizational skills.
- Capacity to work independently.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Desirable: Background in legal psychology, research assistant experience, additional academic achievements, communication skills in Finnish and/or Swedish.
Terms of Employment:
- Work time: 1612 hours per year.
- Salary based on levels 2-4 of the job demand level for teaching and researching personnel.
- Salary adjustment based on personal work performance.
- Employment period: Up to 48 months.
