As a doctoral researcher in the NeuroTune RTG, you will:

  • Investigate mechanisms that modulate neuronal communication and plasticity
  • Use state-of-the-art methods including super-resolution microscopy, 3D EM, optogenetics, genome editing, and more
  • Benefit from a personalized mentoring system, with Personal Development and Data Management Plans
  • Collaborate with international labs and participate in extended research stays abroad
  • Contribute to a dynamic and interdisciplinary research culture integrating both basic and translational research
