Eligibility/Qualification
- Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Science (completed or near completion).
- Background in organic electronics and/or polymer science.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills in English.
- Willingness and ability to travel within Europe, the UK, and the US.
- MSCA Eligibility Rules:
- Must be within the first 4 years of research career and not hold a doctoral degree.
- Must not have resided or carried out main activity in Sweden for more than 12 months in the past 3 years.

Job Description
As a doctoral student, your research will focus on exploring doping gradients for the spatial modulation of electrical and mechanical properties of organic semiconductors. You will:
- Conduct independent research and coursework to advance your scientific and professional skills.
- Collaborate with international peers in the FADOS network.
- Participate in 7 network-wide training events and international secondments.
- Dedicate up to 10% of your time to departmental duties, such as teaching.
- Communicate scientific results effectively, both in writing and orally.
Contract Terms & Benefits
- Fully funded doctoral position (4 years, full-time).
- Starting salary: 34,550 SEK/month (~€3,100) from May 25, 2025.
