Doctoral Student in Neuroscience Research: Doctoral Student / Research Assistant: Join our research group in Developmental Neuroscience in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, led by Prof. Dr. Nathalie Holz, to investigate predictors and (neuro-)biological correlates of (cyber)bullying and victimization in real contexts through the “BullyStop” project funded by the DFG.

Eligibility/Qualification:

  • Degree in psychology, biology, computer science, neuroscience, or a related subject (diploma/master)
  • Good knowledge of English, cognitive-clinical neuroscience, and statistics
  • Interest in neuroscientific and clinical psychological research
  • Enthusiasm for precise scientific work
  • Enjoyment of interacting with young people
  • Communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
  • High motivation and ability to work independently
  • Knowledge and experience with fMRI as well as programming skills (Matlab, R, Python) are desirable

Job Description:

  • Implement various paradigms for (f)MRI imaging, clinical interviews, and outpatient assessment
  • Organize projects, recruitment, and data management
  • Conduct multimodal evaluations of fMRI and outpatient assessments
  • Collaborate on publications and work reports
