Eligibility/Qualification

  • General Requirements: A second-cycle qualification or equivalent (240 credits, including at least 60 credits at the second cycle).
  • Specific Requirements:
  • A Master’s degree (60 or 120 credits) in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or equivalent qualifications.
  • Strong background in wireless communications, mobile networks, satellite systems, and statistics is advantageous.
  • Experience in programming/software development using Matlab, Python, and/or C is valued.

Job Description

  • Engage primarily in doctoral studies, contributing to research on integrating TN-NTN for 6G systems.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of researchers from various institutions.
  • Conduct independent research and potentially fulfill teaching and administrative duties (up to 20%).
  • Contribute actively to the department’s activities and positively influence the work environment.
