EAGASC PHD WALSH SCHOLARSHIP: This PhD studentship is part of the VistaMilk Research Ireland Centre at Teagasc Moorepark. The aim is to develop an “omic” map of milk, including proteomics, lipidomics, metabolomics, metagenomics, glycomics, and transcriptomics/volatilomics under various processing conditions. The map will help predict how upstream changes affect milk composition and will be used by the dairy industry to tailor products for health benefits. The successful candidate will be supervised by leading experts from Teagasc and Tyndall/UCC.
