Eligibility/Qualification–
Applicants must possess:
Ph.D. in the relevant area of research.
First Class or equivalent in the degree immediately preceding the Ph.D.
Consistently good academic record throughout.
Experience Requirements
Assistant Professor Grade I (Level 12)
Minimum 3 years of post-Ph.D. experience in teaching, research, or industry.
Assistant Professor Grade II (Levels 10 & 11)
Candidates with less than 3 years of post-Ph.D. teaching, research, or industrial experience are eligible.
Age Limit
Preferably below 35 years, and must not exceed 40 years as on 31 December 2026.
Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PwD candidates as per Government of India rules.
Women candidates are eligible for an additional 3-year age relaxation wherever applicable.
