Funded 4-Year PhD Programme: Inclusion of Students with Intellectual Disabilities
The INSIDE project, supervised by Dr. Donatella Camedda, aims to research the inclusion of students with intellectual disabilities in higher education in Ireland. The project investigates the impact of university programs on students’ lives during attendance and after graduation, using a mixed-methods approach. The successful PhD applicant will contribute to the project, conducting research, and co-designing tools with input from individuals with intellectual disabilities. Outputs include a PhD thesis, journal papers, conference papers, workshops, and public engagement activities.
