Eligibility/Qualification
- Master’s degree (Diplom, min. 4 years) in Chemistry or a related field.
- Strong background in Organic Synthesis.
- Additional experience in Supramolecular Chemistry and Organocatalysis is beneficial.
Description
As part of the research project, candidates will:
- Synthesize, characterize, and utilize novel organocatalysts for enantioselective catalysis.
- Focus on catalysts based on interlocked molecules such as rotaxanes and catenanes.
- Enhance skills in organic synthesis, supramolecular interactions, and organocatalysis, utilizing modern analytical methods (1D- and 2D-NMR, MS, XRD, UV/Vis, HPLC).
- Write manuscripts for publications and present findings at national and international conferences.
