🎓 Eligibility / Qualification
- Master’s degree in Molecular Chemistry or related field
- Solid experience in organic synthesis and supramolecular chemistry
- Interest or background in physico-chemical characterization techniques (e.g., NMR, MS, XRD, SEM, SAXS)
🧾 Job Description
The selected PhD candidate will:
- Develop and adapt multi-step synthesis of molecular tweezers for aqueous self-assembly
- Characterize new compounds using NMR, IR, MS, XRD, etc.
- Design and analyze gel formulations and study their structure and real-time physico-chemical behavior using techniques like rheology, SEM, cryo-TEM, and SAXS
- Explore dynamic assembly mechanisms to enable time-sensitive and metastable supramolecular systems for potential biomedical applications
