Eligibility/Qualification:
Applicants must have completed a relevant higher university degree or be in the final stage of their studies. Additionally, candidates must not have been granted a study right for a doctoral degree earlier than 1 November 2023. Understanding of immunological mechanisms, cell biology, and related techniques is advantageous.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be immersed in diverse research projects such as “Impact of the innate immune system on target organ integrity in multiple sclerosis,” “Dendritic cell chemotaxis and gradient generation in changing tissue environment,” “Uncovering mechanisms affecting waning vaccine-induced immunity against Bordetella pertussis,” and more. The role involves extensive research work, data interpretation, experimental design, and collaboration with leading experts in the field.

For Pathway 1, candidates can apply for specific projects by selecting a maximum of three projects in order of priority. For Pathway 2, applicants can apply for the funded position with the research plan of the ImmuDocs Pilot project.
