Juan de la Cierva Postdoctoral Fellowship – Gene Regulation of Cell & Metabolic Plasticity
Designation: Postdoctoral Researcher
Research Area: Gene Regulation of Cellular Plasticity & Differentiation in Inflammation and Cancer
Location: IDIBAPS Institute, Barcelona, Spain
Eligibility/Qualification:
- PhD degree in Biology or related biomedical discipline (awarded between January 1, 2022, and December 31, 2023)
- Strong publication record with at least 2 first-author articles in high-impact journals
- Solid background in Molecular and Cellular Biology and experience with mouse models
Desirable Experience: Candidates with proven experience in macrophage biology (inflammation, tissue regeneration, cancer), molecular oncology, metabolism, epigenetics, transcriptomics, and/or bioinformatics will receive higher consideration.
Conditions: The selected candidate will be presented with the Juan de la Cierva postdoctoral scholarship. For candidates with a strong CV, the lab will pay their salary for 10-12 months until the results of the fellowship call are announced.
