Eligibility/Qualification:
- Ph.D. in biological sciences or a related field obtained within the past 5 years or planned defense of the dissertation prior to the start of employment (planned date is 1.10.2024 or later).
- Strong knowledge and proven laboratory experience in protein or RNA biochemistry.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, initiative, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficient in writing scientific papers for academic journals in English.
- Effective communication skills in English, both orally and in writing.
- Good presentation skills, ideally having presented at an international conference.
- Track record of publications in international peer-reviewed journals.
Job Description:
The Postdoctoral Researcher will be responsible for working with bacteriophages, conducting bacterial infections, purifying ribosomes, performing single-molecule microscopy assays, conducting biochemical tests, and analyzing data in the RNA area.
