Eligibility/Qualification:
To be successful in this position, candidates should have a PhD in relevant fields such as agriculture and forestry, natural sciences, engineering, or economics. The applicant should have strong computational skills and competence and experience in environmental impact assessment, preferably in methodological LCA development and applications, or experience in economic, techno-economic, or life cycle costing methods and applications.

Job Description:
The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting high-quality sustainability research on the bioeconomy sector and its supply chains. This includes the development of life cycle assessment (LCA) methodologies, practices, and techno-economic assessment to evaluate the environmental and economic sustainability performance of new biobased materials. The role also involves collaboration with Luke scientists, designing and planning research plans, writing funding applications, and project management.
